Italy has officially earned its place on UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list, the first national cuisine in the world to receive this honor. 🇮🇹✨
We’re especially proud to celebrate this milestone after taking part in the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. Last November, Piccolo had the privilege of hosting a special dinner with the Italian Academy of Cuisine LA Delegation, where Chef Antonio Murè prepared an exclusive tasting menu inspired by the theme:
“Italian Cuisine: Between Health, Culture, and Innovation.”
